Fill out our client intake form, providing as much info on your company and the program as you can. A Card Tent representative will call you to confirm details, prior to the submission of your application to compliance for approval. Once your program has been approved, log into your account to download, complete, and upload the Excel order form. You will then receive an emailed invoice from payments@cardtent.com with instructions for payment by Wire, ACH, Check, or Bitcoin. Only upon receipt of payment will your order be processed. For faster order processing, you may set up a prepaid account with a minimum deposit of $10,000. Contact your Card Tent sales representative at 954-510-2020 to set up your prepaid account.
REWARD
Create an account online, then log into your account and fill out the web form to complete your order. For personalized orders you will need to download, complete, and upload the Excel order form. To make payment by credit card on orders up to $5,000 for an additional fee of 3.5%, select “Credit Card” on the order form, and a payment link will be included with your emailed invoice.
